Created specifically for the dual battery setups the XS Power IKXS4 Battery Isolator is a fully automatic module allowing for the automatic separation and connection of the starting battery in parallel with secondary battery according to the voltage level of the starting battery. This isolator will constantly scan the starting battery voltage for connection and charging of the secondary battery to the starting battery.

Battery isolators are important components in car audio applications, especially for high-powered systems. Helping to protect the main battery maintaining its capacity for critical vehicle functions, prevents back flow and helps insure voltage stabilization giving you extended audio play without the need to constantly startup the vehicle!
