The CTEK D250SE DC to DC Charger is a fully automatic 5 step charger capable of maintaining a stable output up to 20A to your auxiliary battery bank. It has selectable charge voltages for AGM and Lithium batteries and can us power through its dual input from an alternator, solar panel, and wind power.

Solar & Wind Connection

A whole lot more than just your average 12v car battery charger, the CTEK D250SE DC to DC Charger has an auxiliary input which can be connected directly to solar panels. The charger’s built-in Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) helps the solar cells produce power as efficiently as possible by taking the most efficient source of energy from the solar panels automatically, and then using the power to charge the battery. The MPPT searches for the most effective combination of solar cell voltage and current, which ensures that the solar and alternator functions are in unison to maximize power output.
